Onboarding happens in two phases.
First, we work with your designated Champion over 3–5 business days to set up your environment including your book of business, branded templates, carrier routing, and user accounts so that everything is ready before your team ever logs in.
Second, your team joins live guided sessions where they run actual client renewals in Plansight with an onboarding consultant alongside them. No demo accounts or slide decks. We're doing real work on real clients from day one. Onboarding is complete when your team is running renewals independently, not when a session count is hit.
Our support team is extremely responsive. Our goal is to have our customers quoting in Plansight seamlessly every day. When an issue is encountered or when your team has a question, we have readily available walk-throughs and customer support representatives.
